OMG please do not order anything from them. They don't answer emails and there online chat feature is always not available but yet they are open Monday-Friday 9-5pm EST to chat.

I am waiting on a return label and its been 3 days now waiting. I went on the BBB site and there are hundreds of complaints about this company. The item I bought was 80 bucks and I want to exchange before my birthday.

This is what I get for ordering on a site that doesn't have a customer service number. Any site that has nothing but a email address is a red flag.

Line is busy and I need to cancel a damn order want nobody get back with me just cancel my order and give me my money back. I dont think those are the right numbers anyway.
