Needed to return/exchange an item and could not do so because they never provided me with a QR code. They didnt answer their phone.
Only a recorded message played to say they had high call volume and hung up. The Live Chat didnt work at all.

I returned a item that was too small been waiting weeks for them to credit my account at Nordstrom it doesnt take that long fedex says it was delivered Tuesday this is ridiculous.i was going to order a size up but it takes so long and cant call them. I emailed them no response called them no response what going on with this company? I have read all the other reviews and they are all bad, customers waiting for there money back .

Their advertising says easy returns or exchanges but there has been no response to my emails to return the merchandise & if you call they say no one is available to take your call. I wont be ordering anything else from this merchant!!

I purchased two pieces of shapewear from this company in October. Let me just say, there was absolutely no compression to this shapewear.
It was a total waste of time.
After I posted my review on another site, Shapellx reached out to me by email to ask for an opportunity to change my mind about their product. They asked me to choose an item and send them the size, and they would send it to me. Now, my understanding is that they were sending me a product in hopes that I'll like its performance and change my mind about their shapewear, and leave a better review.
This couldn't be further from the truth. Shapellx wanted me to delete my negative review BEFORE they could actually send me a new product to try.
It was contingent on me deleting my negative review of their shapewear. I refused and responded point-blank that I would not delete my review, nor would I make a dishonest positive review.
I indicated I would be willing to try something to see if it worked, and if it did, I would update my review with my findings. This just convinces me even more that they are aware that their product is not what they hype it up to be.
And that they probably promote fake reviews to entice new customers to spend money with them.
Either way, it's a hard no for me. I could buy a pair of pantyhose and get better compression than I did in either of the items I'd ordered from them.

First of all when ordering something online its a possibility it might be to small or big and second you got my money and want answer my questions or concerns that dont sit well with me I order what I ordered for a party and now it not going to come before then because no one to help thats like some company want my money but we cant use the bathroom thats crazy
