Never received my package
Yes I am very upset because I had ordered a items from your company and it was in February we are now in April 21st and I have not received my package yet I asked for my money back so that's all I want is the refund me my money for this item that I have purchased from your company I will never advise anybody to buy anything from your company because I'm not satisfied that's wrong and it's not right

The phone number doesn’t work 833-832-****. Took money from my credit card never gave a refund or never sent product.

I purchased two pieces of shapewear from this company in October. Let me just say, there was absolutely no compression to this shapewear.
It was a total waste of time.
After I posted my review on another site, Shapellx reached out to me by email to ask for an opportunity to change my mind about their product. They asked me to choose an item and send them the size, and they would send it to me. Now, my understanding is that they were sending me a product in hopes that I'll like its performance and change my mind about their shapewear, and leave a better review.
This couldn't be further from the truth. Shapellx wanted me to delete my negative review BEFORE they could actually send me a new product to try.
It was contingent on me deleting my negative review of their shapewear. I refused and responded point-blank that I would not delete my review, nor would I make a dishonest positive review.
I indicated I would be willing to try something to see if it worked, and if it did, I would update my review with my findings. This just convinces me even more that they are aware that their product is not what they hype it up to be.
And that they probably promote fake reviews to entice new customers to spend money with them.
Either way, it's a hard no for me. I could buy a pair of pantyhose and get better compression than I did in either of the items I'd ordered from them.
User's recommendation: If you're looking for real shapewear/ fajas look elsewhere.

Preferred solution: Just build a better product. Preferably one that lives up to the advertising hype.

Sent the wrong product and size. Need corrected immediately please
I've exchanged two of ShapeXL's products, but I was sent the wrong size again. They also sent me the wrong product for another exchange that I did. I need this issue resolved and it's taken them forever to get my order right.

I contacted you guys the 1st time explaining that the item was to small you said you would review and get back to me in 24 hours so I waited I contacted again I got the same response what I could not understand was what were you reviewing I got the item all I wanted was to get a larger size I have an occasion I am going to and I wanted it I got the same response you made me ann offer which was less than what I paid so I asked for an exchange you had to review that and get back to me all I wanted was a larger size you should than have given me instruction how to send back so I decide i will just order from some where else I am no longer interested

I've emailed my return request and filled out the return request online. No help, they say 'satisfaction guaranteed.' However, I am not the least bit satisfied.
The items are not cut as advertised. I went up to a 3XL, but according to the size guidelines on the site, I should be a 2XL. The bra is too small.
I wear a 42C in all of my bras, but from this company, their size doesn't fit. Now I am stuck with merchandise that doesn't fit and I'm out of money.
