Return issue
I think their products ar decent, but I find it's suspect for a company not to list a phone number or return address on their website. You can only communicate by email.
So you have to wait until they respond to you. Seems borderline scummy.
If you want to return something. They can run the clock on the 30 day return window.
I have been trying to return my entire order for 5 days. I have not received the return information or address. It feels like a scam.
User's recommendation: Do not purchase from this company. If you have issues with your purchase contacting them is too difficult.

Missing package
Order said it was delivered, but I never received it. They reached out the next day, and replaced it with no problem.

Exchange/Refund
I've sent the item back for an exchange or refund, and never heard back. I know they signed the item, because I got my USPS certified mail receipt that it was signed now I can't seem to get a hold of them, and still sending them email and not responding back to me.
Furthermore, I really liked their stuff, but I sent it back because it didn't fit. So, not happy here with there service anymore.
Not a happy camper here. I'm not giving up until I get my exchange or refund until they get tired of me, or I locate a phone number they will get a piece of my mind.

Rip off on returns. No response.

Every time I tried calling shapellx phone number is a busy. I texted always get a response about how’s the service. No communication about my return package
I returned the item for a refund and you all said that you didnt received it. But, the tracking number saying that its at all facilities
